NEXT on Lex will offer modern luxury finishes and amenities more commonly found in upscale for sale homes in Southern California


LOS ANGELES – July 11, 2018 – Century West Partners, a Los Angeles-based developer of upscale transit-oriented apartment communities, owned by the Fifield Companies and Cypress Equity Investments, announced today that NEXT on Lex, in Glendale, Calif., and the largest apartment development to commence in Los Angeles County since 2016, is now leasing.
